Refund and Returns Policy
At Lushmod.in, we take great care in delivering premium quality lingerie to our customers. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain a strict hygiene policy.
1. Return Eligibility
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is:- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect (i.e., wrong product delivered).
- To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- Provide unboxing video proof showing the issue clearly.
- Ensure the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and hygiene seals intact.
- Used or worn products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:
- We are unable to fulfill your order due to stock issues.
- The returned item is approved for refund after inspection.
- Once approved, refunds will be:
- Credited to your original payment method within 7 business days of return approval.
3. Exchanges
- We may offer a replacement for eligible returns where applicable.
- Exchanged product will be delivered with in 7 days.
